This is my new favourite podcast! The science baked discussions are motivating me to make positive changes to my life choices every day. The bite size chunks of neuroscience are explained in a way that is easy to understand and remember - and the best part is the takeaway tools you can start implementing in your own life immediately. After listening to the episode about sleep hygiene, box breathing, mindfulness and gratitude - I was immediately motivated to implement a few tweaks to my daily routine and have been noticing an immediate difference.
