Good app for On-demand service
I’ve used the app:
- Rider came on time as expected. Updated me while he was on his way to pick the item. Very accommodating.
- Rate was really affordable.
- The item was delivered in good condition and on time.
- New player in the market and there’s much vouchers and promos to offer weekly.
The app is not user friendly
Inputting your address is a challenge. The app will insist you live somewhere else, wrong number and wrong area. Not even close to an area near me! Poor map and GPS. How can they deliver when I can’t input my address correctly.
You cannot explore the merchant area until they open their delivery service at 10am.
I hope you can improve in the future. But for now….it’s time for me to move to other app.

Riderko is a great app that helps me on my daily cravings even my delivery needs. So many merchants selection you can choose when you have that cravings!! Highly recommended app!! 👍💯💪🏽👏
