Hard to overstate how good it is
Malcolm Gladwell takes a sledgehammer to the seemingly immutable assumptions of the human experience. After reading or listening to one of his books and being confronted with his brilliantly formed arguments backed by data, it seems incredible that we have gone so long without even asking some of the simple questions whose answers could change so many of the things that go wrong in the world.

This book is a wonderful insight into how we interact with each other. It opens your mind to self awareness and how to better understand and communicate

This book offers the reader so little that I believe my time would have been better spent watching paint dry
