The worst food I had ever ate in my life.
First thing the delivery is too late around they take more than 2hours to deliver the food and when we got food the food is cold and pizza is like someone speared cheese on chapati ( if we have option to upload pictures of food than I can saw you how worst the food is.)so friends don’t order form fresh bite cafe & bar, kamalPokhari
Worst experience ever!!
1 . It said food was still cooking when the estimated delivery time had already passed .
2. Called the restaurant directly to find out the rider hadn't arrived yet!!
3. Called bhoj customer service and asked what was the problem? The female representative said she will check in and call me back
( she didnt call back)
4 . By this time 45 minutes had passed. I called bhoj customer service again and asked the reason behind delay. The male representative this time said the ride is on his way. And, that he will arrive at the restaurant in 5 minutes
5. I ask him, where exactly is he. He replies saying at “NEW BANESHOWR”. The restaurant’s location is at samakhusi. Its a mininum 35 minutes ride from new baneshowr to samakhusi.
5 minutes ?? Really??
6. I ask for a cancellation and a re-fund. I dont get a response.
7. They tell me that they will ask the restro to make a fresh plate of hot momos and send another nearby rider right away.
8. It took them another good 20 minutes to deliver the order and yes, the momo was cold as ICE!! Meaning they didnt make a new plate . They LIED
Money was a waste but also ruined my palate and appetite !
Worst customer service!
Useless app
This is the most useless app I have ever seen for an online food delivery. Even if we select the location kathmandu and lalitpur at the beginning, the order gets placed at the restaurant of butwal and at last our order gets cancelled. As well as even when we get the notification that our order is confirmed, our order gets cancelled at last saying that the location we mentioned is too far even if the location is within lalitpur and we have selected the option kathmandu and lalitpur at the beginning. So, its properly useless. Use this app only if you wanna crush your hope of getting food and make your hunger go much wilder.
