Favorite podcast!!! This dynamic duo, Laurena and Jonathan, make wellness topics super interesting and empowering! They bring on incredible guest speakers from all walks of the wellness world and ask them such stimulating, interesting questions — often questions are asked before I even realize I want to learn more until the awesome answers are revealed. Every episode inspires and empowers me to make life improvements, as well as understand the root causes of health, and ultimately lead me to live my best, most fulfilling life.

I feel like I’m in the room hanging out with the speakers, having the best conversations with them daily. Perfect podcast for my commute, driving, and just virtually anytime. Love it!
