Content is good but it can be more good
First of all app is good but not that great as video player is having the problem as sound goes in and out. Library is still limited not much content as needed but yeah it can be better but main problem with video player and yes contact us is not working too on the app.

Awesome Content with very bad Tech support
They have really a great collection..! And I watch almost whenever I get some time..!
But I never was satisfied with the audio quality or the application features…!
I think the interface can be updated or bugs can be fixed…! But I don’t know 🤷🏻♂️ why the team is not working on it..! When I came here to write a review the first review what I saw was also telling the same what I wanted to say but more than a year back …! Since then there is no fix for this bug…!

Good content but App needs stability
The documentary content is versatile and of sufficient depth to keep one engaged, mostly. However, the app needs overhaul. Issues I encountered: 1. App keeps crashing on opening immediately after the flash intro. 2. I cast it to chromecast, however, the casted video does not remember where the video was stopped last time. 3. The cast video gets choppy after some time of viewing, even on a dedicated broadband. 4. App forgets my subscription type to be an annual OneTriber and asks me to subscribe (happened while I was logged in to the app too).
