Not sure how this is supposed to help when there are a limited number of monitors that it can sync with

Hi! Love the App! 3 suggestions:
1) Is there a way to name your meal when saving a grouping to my meals?
2) Can you add a ReliOn Platinum Meter option to you list of meters to connect to?
3) When adding a food with Carbs only into the food log, could you also have a feature to accept calories too? This will help add a calorie count to the food item for the food log. This way, I’d have a more accurate idea of calories eaten for that day.

I had high hopes for this program, unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The program was downloaded from the App Store and each time I try to open it, it prompts me to download an update and sends me back to the App Store. It is an endless loop and I can’t use the program at all. I also cannot see the keyboard when I try to leave feedback unless I tap towards the bottom of the screen multiple times and swipe the screen up and down. The issue is not with my iPhone as it is a brand new iPhone 14 Pro Max with all of the latest iOS updates. Going to delete app.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and letting us know you can't get into the app. We’ve recently upgraded the app, so you’ll need to refresh it on your phone. Here are instructions on how to refresh the app and update it.
1. Open the App Store
2. Open your App Store user profile by clicking on the profile Icon located at the top right
3. If you do not see the current Health Optimizer Update available, drag your screen from top to bottom to refresh your list of available updates
4. If the Health Optimizer update is still not visible, manually search "Health Optimizer" in the search bar located at the top of the App Store screen
5. Select, "Health Optimizer" and an option to update should be available
