Episode 25: Keeping Your Peace Amid the Chaos Life Lived Better

    • Self-Improvement

The Uvalde school shootings, the shootings in Philadelphia during fireworks show, and in Illinois during a 4th of July parade.

The Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade on June 24, 2022, followed by the clarence Thomas statement that he was not finished with overturning laws.

The chaos these events have left us in and the hatred and vitriol occurring around us daily can be more to deal with than we think we can endure.

We do not wish to ask anyone to change their mind about their personal beliefs, but we do want to have this conversation because it impacts our daily mental health and peace. Our aim is to discuss how to keep personal peace in the midst of such chaos and how to get some distance from the chaos.
