상품 구입
하트 구입을 잘못하여 환불하고 다시 살려고 했는데 이게 영정이라는 게 억울합니다. 3일 정지 이런거면 이해를 하겠는데 환불하니 바로 영정되고 접속한 기기는 아예 로그인도 안돼니 답답합니다. 이러면 폰을 바꾸거나 pc로 접속을 하라는 얘긴데… 개선됐음 좋겠습니다
로그인이 풀렸는데
업데이트하고 로그인이 풀렸는데
제가 사용하는 모든 이메일을 넣어봐도 가입한 데이터가 없다고 뜨네요. 게다가 여긴 로그인을 하지 않으면 아예 cs센터 접근도 안되고요.
어떻게 해야 하나요? 자동결제도 풀어야 하는데
왜 기존 구독에서 다른 구독상품으로 변경했는데
왜 기존 구독에서 다른 구독상품으로 변경했는데, 결제하자마자 기존 구독상품이 사라지고 새 구독 상품으로 변경된거죠? 보통 일반적으로 구독상품을 변경했을땐 기존 구독 기간이 끝나고 나서 다음 구독 상품으로 결제 변경되지 않나요? 무슨 결제예약은 커녕 기존 남은 구독 꿀꺽하고 새 구독 상품으로 결제되버리는건지 생각하면 할수록 웃긴 시스템이네.
