Ingterview with Hunter Lambeth - YL Middle East
Currently the development director for Young Life International’s youth ministry in the Middle East, including Israel and the Palestinian Territory, as well as North Africa.
Hunter Lambeth first visited the Holy Land in 1993. For the past thirty years, he has repeatedly returned, including living for five years in Nazareth, Israel from 2012-2017.
Currently he is the development director for Young Life International’s youth ministry in the Middle East, including Israel and the Palestinian Territory, as well as North Africa.
Hunter is married to Lauri and they have one daughter, Haley, a graduating high school senior. They live in the northern suburbs of Atlanta and travel several times a year to the Holy Land and greater Middle East region.
He is the author of Praus:A Parable for Winning the War Within (Praus), the forthcoming Chasing 70: The Quest to Live Life at the Pace of Christ ( https://www.chasing70.net/), and has written several recent articles about the current conflict between Israel and Gaza at: https://outofnazareth.blog/

Brother Bo & Karen Owen Interview - Hemphill - East Texas
Forest (Bro. Bo) Owens was born November 24, 1942, in Orange, Tx. He was one of six children. He attended Little Cypress High School and graduated in 1961. He then enrolled in East Texas Baptist College, Marshall, Tx, and graduated in 1965 with a B.S. degree in Chemistry.
Bro. Bo then enrolled in Southwestern Baptist Seminary, Fort Worth, TX. and graduated in December, 1969, with a MDiv. degree. Bro. Bo was saved at the age 7 in North Orange Baptist Church and at age 8responded to a call to preach. After his freshman year in college, Bro. Bo married his high school sweetheart July 7, 1962. They had three daughters, al born during college and seminary days. His wife of 54 years died July 17, 2016.
After graduating from seminary, Bro. Bo was called to pastor a mission of First Baptist Church, Orange, Tx. He was pastor there from Feb 1970 - April, 1973 when he accepted the cal to pastor Temple Baptist Church, New Boston, TX. -

Relived my time in Israel!
Andre has done it again! Such an inspired and gifted teacher. It has been great to listen through this podcast and relive my time touring Israel with Andre and Tony. I especially enjoyed getting to pick up on things that I was too overwhelmed to understand while I was in Israel.
Whether you’ve been to Israel, are planning to go, or not... listen to this podcast. Andre will challenge you to think a new way as you encounter culture and scripture.
Also, give it a few episodes before you make a judgment call. During the first few Andre was working out his recording kinks. But by the third or fourth he had it down!
Listening to the podcast is like being there!
This podcast is exceptional. Andre is gifted at explaining the Bible from the Middle Eastern perspective. Before his book I didn’t even realize what I was missing by not having a better understanding of the context of the scripture(s).
Through Andre’s ‘tour’ the Message has become deeper, and in some cases, makes more sense. I’ve never been to Israel - but now I feel like I have(!). This podcast has deepened my relationship with Jesus. I’m grateful that I found it, and thankful for the effort that it must take to produce such a body of work.
