I was a long time listener of the Steve Deace show, but I got tired of the constant Doomsday attitude of the show. Don’t get me wrong, I know our culture is completely insane! But does that mean that we have to act like we’re living in the apocalypse? I don’t think so. Enter Pat, or “Back Fat Pat” as my wife calls him. Pat and his crew are serious conservatives who love the Bible and Jesus (I say this as a Catholic knowing that Pat is a Mormon, not a Christian, though Mormons disagree). They’re also just regular dudes who choose to enjoy life while acknowledging the insanity in the culture. We seem to forget that we can do both!

Keith turns hilarity into misery. He can’t research on the fly and he can’t find anything on the internet without pop-up ads. What is this? 2005? He manages to turn the funniest show in all of media to a painful slog through exhausting mediocrity. Time for Pat to tell Keith that he’s just not good at this.

This show keeps me sane. These guys make the news funny. Bless these hosts!
