I’ve used at least 5 online bank platforms, I must say this is one of the most convenient, Hello Money had very nice interface, very simple and easy to use! Because of how easy and convenient it is to use, I prefer to do my online transactions here.

I can’t open my hello money application
Hello, hi sir.
Can you help me how to turn it on the internet of my HelloMoney app, that’s always the problem it says [11A]? I did open it once but suddenly I think I accidentally turn off the internet settings in the application and I cannot proceed anymore coz it needs internet to access in opening the app. I’ve been disabling it and tried to uninstall but same outcome again and again.
It will be a great help if you find time tasing my reviews sir. I’ve been looking forward for the response in me. I would highly appreciate it. Thank you

Recurring Issue on my account using the app
Having issue transferring money again and again. I encountered the issue every other day. Kinda disappointing cause I need to transfer the money asap and it's impacting my transaction which is frustrating.
Error message: "error debiting transaction amount" or "Unable to process transaction".Done switching from Wifi to mobile data, reinstall app and account is active but issue still persists.
Just waiting for the app to let me transfer my remaining funds and will request for account termination and delete the app.
