🤢 Super Annoyed at the service
Hey! Always trusted and believed Stc was the best. Or maybe it was years ago.
App is pretty useless. I mean if you’ve opted for their Fiber Wifi, you can’t use the app or call centres because you don’t have an stc mobile number. Went to the store and complained about the wifi being down since more than a week. 1st they said oh the complaint has been cancelled. Second time they said they’d fix it. Tbh EXTREMELY BAD service. What’s the point of having a call centre if you can’t connect with it. What’s the point of an app if even opting for one of the services isn’t enough. Pretty disappointed. Also, feels a lot like it’s cause we’re expats we’re treated so. If it were for someone from GCC they won’t take this —— and would have screamed at the office and gotten it fixed pretty much before screaming at them. Absolutely no respect for the customers. Very disappointed.
Best service provider in KSA
I have been using MYSTC for self and the whole family. It’s very easy to mange all your needs from one App without having to pay single visit to their offices. The offers that you get through the App is fantastic. I had 2 lines for kids with another provider but that made my life miserable I was very lucky to move them to STC through the same App without the need to visit any office.
