Practice in a world of Theory

In a world of theory, this is a practical breathe of fresh air. The irony of those who study behavior change yet do not apply it really does validate how learning and practice behavioral change do not go hand in hand. Change is no easy feat, but applying experimental mindset to my life, through the Circles in Time course, has given my Super powers, in the sense I now have the power to change my world. This podcast is an excellent extension of that course

“Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn”
