Subscribe in your own Risk - beware of Gyan
I’ve subscribed the milk since almost one year but from past few months the company is thinking and adopted that they can do whatever they want. The supplies are now quite often missing and packets are leaked and damaged. I’ve complained many times for this and to my surprise the delivery boy started to create nuisance daily. I also complaint his behaviour to the customer care to look into this and change the delivery boy but to no avail. Recently my packets gone missing and few were leaked and I refused to take delivery and complained to the customer care for this and request to credit back my payment as no delivery was made and in turn I received a call from the Area Head of Gyan and to my wonder he told me that this is established industry norm that milk packets due to poly packaging gets damaged in transit and you have to accept such packets and nothing can be done for that. They have charged even for products not delivered. Therefore please be careful while subscribing.
Very unprofessional
This is very unprofessional and irresponsible industry I have downloaded there app and add 1500 in the wallet subscription some of there product but money deducted on daily basis I get messages of product delivered and none comes to me I tried hard to contact them I whatsapp them , Facebook message and also mail them but no reply It seems as a fraud don’t put money in there wallet worst application. Totally unprofessional.
