Determined Love
I enjoyed this book so much that I didn’t want it to finish. Maire is a fighter who just wants to be a normal women and forget about her disability. She beautiful inside and out. Duncan is a man haunted by his memories and protect those he is responsible for. They are supposed to be mortal enemies but fate brings them together. Duncan tries to protect her but there are many forces working against them. Despite all the odds they are attracted to each other and grow closer together. Follow the action as they work towards their happily ever after.
Too drawn out
The historical context was good, but the story was too drawn out. The girl is always trembling or something. She hardly speaks, but it’s a change from book 1 where Triona was too outspoken.
