Paytm Money: Stocks, MF, IPO 4+

Slowly and Steadily this app is getting better

No doubt in it that the app is getting better and for sure in the past I faced many problems but still I like this app more than the competitors like zerodha because of clean interface and their is so much to do in just one app unlike zerodha.

But their are still some issues that I face here and the issue is not really minor it’s a security breach for me, when I open this app it simply displays the home page(with asking me to login using Face ID ) even when I have faceId enabled anyone literally anyone can see all my investments without any problem which is a very major security issue the Face ID prompt is displayed only when I want to go into details of any section like stocks section , mutual funds section etc.

It should not be this way, it should be just like any other app I.e when you click the app Icon a Face ID should prompt should appear rather than letting the user see all the investments and then asking for Face ID when a user wants to continue to any particular section like stocks, mutual funds etc.

I hope you understand what I’m trying to say and fix this issue soon.

The app which got me into stock trading!

I have been a Paytm Money user since the launch. To the days when they had mutual fund investing only. I’ve been a part of the whole journey of transiting into a full fledged trading app from simple MF investing. The mutual fund recommendations and risk analysis were so apt that I made ₹40k in less than a year on my first mutual funds investments.

The developers have been really thoughtful of the needs of a user. I have been using zerodha side by side with Paytm money and I find paytm money better for a quick detailed check on the stock prices (PC,O,H,OI etc). They recently introduced a full fledged F&O panel on the desktop version to quickly get a glimpse of OI, IV & volume as well as these amazeball Heat Map feature, DII FII activity, global markets overview. This feature had the most amazing UI I’ve ever seen. It’s so easy, convenient and fast to make trade decisions.

The only suggestions I have regarding app improvements for the developers is to have a look at the search feature on the app. The user has to be very specific about what they want to search. If I want to search TATACHEM 900CE I’ve to write the complete name “Tata chemicals call”. Also a CDSL authorisation to be able to execute sell trades faster would be totally amazing.

This is not a investment app- They just keep your money for 15 days without interest and will refund

There is no Zero Star Option that’s why I have given 1 star.. This is not first time. This Fraud App only concerned with money only. There is no proper User Interface, Customer Support and proper transaction flow. The Autopay payment is not even working. On a monthly basis the money is getting deducted from account, Moves to BSE and getting rejected. this money laundering company keep our money for 15 to 20 days. there is no proper customer support even. When we text for help they will reply after 24 Hrs. And we were online and available for call. They will reply you like we called you and you were not reachable. Guys if you really to invest and save money. Please don’t install this app please find a better one. The payment process is the basic thing that is not even proper here then how this fraud company is going to improve our investment. Think about this
