In this episode, Dr. John & Donte Hudson sit down with Jasmine Childress, 2007 graduate of Kalamazoo Central High School and 2016 graduate of Kalamazoo Valley Community College where she earned her Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design. Jasmine now runs a creative and collaborative studio for change-makers where she specializes in brand strategy & identity design. Jasmine talks with Dr. John about how the announcement of The Kalamazoo Promise changed her academic pathway, gives advice to current and future Promise Scholars, and reflects on some her most influential educators during her time in KPS.
