When I saw that it was finally going to be possible to self deport myself without having to go through the scary process of dealing with ICE and from the comfort of my own home (Well not anymore) I was ecstatic. Unfortunately the App could use some work. I found the process to be very finicky and the menus tough to navigate. After going through a lengthy process to deport myself , I noticed there was no option to also deport my two pets. Adding a feature like this could save a lot of time and hassle , as I will now have to leave my two beautiful turtles Preston and Tito behind while I go to Mexico to live in a shed and await my chance to return to this great country to live out the American dream. I also did not see an option to reupload my photo as the first one I took was very poor lighting. This app is clearly a step in the right direction, but still needs work !!!

The app has several bugs that need to be corrected, in our case we are a Cuban family that was stranded in Mexico with 2 minors since December 29, there are 4 of us in total. We have been trying to get an appointment at the border for more than 10 days but it always gives a different error, we have even completed the entire process, and when we finish after capturing even the photo tells us that there is no capacity to serve 4 people. I think they should look for a mechanism to solve those issues or at least prioritize those who, like us, stay in Mexico before January 5.
