Other apps can use FaceId. Why can’t you do this? Also the UI seem to be web based, I need to pick from my password vault to auto fill. Why don’t you guys invest in developing native UI experience?

The Secure Approval.. for cases that involve check boxes, sometimes when I tick it, the tick gets cleared and need to redo. Bug.

Also, there are times when doing online banking in desktop and Secure Approval appears in app, clicking Approval button does nothing. Hard to reproduce but there are times this functionality does not work properly.

I’ve been using this mobile app for quite some time now, and I’ve been consistently disappointed with its performance. The app frequently hangs or freezes, making it impossible to complete even simple transactions. Whether I’m trying to check my balance, transfer funds, or view my transaction history, the app either takes forever to load or crashes entirely. This has been an ongoing issue and really impacts my banking experience.

It’s frustrating because mobile banking is supposed to make things easier, but with this app, it’s become a major inconvenience. I’ve tried reinstalling it and ensuring I have the latest version, but the problem persists.

I hope the developers take these issues seriously and work on a fix, as it’s incredibly annoying and affects the overall usability of the app. Until then, I’ll be considering other banking options if this doesn’t improve.

I have been using the virtual credit card for close to 10 months now and I must say I really like the idea of using unique card for every e commerce website and auto billing. 5 stars for that! But the app itself is simply awful.. it’s just a web app not optimised for iOS usage, the interface is slow to interact and full of bugs, using the app for 5 mins straight will guarantee you at least unintentionally zoom into the page once and have no way to zoom out. Alliance bank you are the first in Malaysia to launch the idea, please improve the user experience and don’t wait until the competitor copying your idea and doing it better.
