Best recipe book I have!!

I have the print version and their other diet book and they really have vitalised my cooking. It's great to still be able to eat pasties and burgers on a diet. They compromise on the ingredients but not on the taste.
More recipes and improves on the original!
A much wider selection of recipes than the first Hairy Dieters book, the content looks better put together, and includes things like prep times now. The pictures are mouth watering, the recipes as uncomplicated and lucid as before. Excellent. Can't wait to try them all! Eat for life indeed!
