Publisher Description
What happens in Vegas doesn't stay in Vegas. Not when you marry a rock star.
Shay
Las Vegas was a terrible idea. Why can't I say no to my family? After a night out with my awful cousin for her bachelorette party, I wake up naked in a strange bed surrounded by scrawled notebook pages. Turns out I'd married a rock star last night. How am I ever going to explain this to my religious parents?
Chase
I went to Vegas to get married, only she married someone else, so why shouldn't I do the same? It's the best way to stop public speculation about the marriage-that-wasn't. But even better, something about Shay has flipped a switch inside me—suddenly I can write music again. Only my new little wifey isn't thrilled about our marriage.
She says drunken mistake. I say best night ever. Of course I'm right. And I'll use everything I've got to convince her.

Hooked on this book!
Hooked on this book! Shay is on a bachelorette trip in Vegas for the weekend for her cousin that she isn’t close to and doesn’t like her very much, but she feels obligated to go because of the relation to her deceased father. There she meets Chase, who is a famous rock star in town to marry his girlfriend, only for his girlfriend to marry someone else and leave him blindsided. When these two meet and she doesn’t recognize him, he’s surprised and relieved at the breath of fresh air that is Shay and her personality, and one thing leads to another as they spend the night together and they end up married. After deciding they’re going to give things a try after their shotgun marriage, Shay moves to LA with Chase and is essentially thrown to the wolves that are the paparazzi, his band, and his family, while her family basically shuns her, and we find that she isn’t a priority for her family while Chase is for his. I love that Gillian gives these two very realistic problems and that things aren’t perfect once they get back to normal life, with Shay essentially giving up her job and everything else to be there for Chase and essentially be his muse. I was truly obsessed with this book – I read it all in one sit-down and was on the edge of my seat. I hope that we get more from these characters and the rest of the band get their own books!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
It’s was so so
I got this on a whim and it was offered 99 cents for an rock and roll marriage of inconvenience romance of some kind. I thought it was okay. It kind of dragged even though it kind of hot between Chase and Shay after they tied the knot quickly because Chase needed her to be his ‘muse’ to write music. I really wanted to give this digital version of Rocked more stars but it didn’t really rock my interest much.
