Habitually engaged with this show!

In addition to being kind, generous, and thoughtful, Jason is a great host. As we explored how our habits influence our ability to welcome happiness into our lives, I enjoyed our interactions immensely.

Being a behavioral coach who studies our core habits, I am keenly aware of how habits influence our core behavior patterns. Thanks to Jason's efforts to guide us into more effective habits, we can allow more happiness in our lives.

The fleeting nature of happiness and all our ever-changing emotions remind us of the gratitude we feel as we accept the fleeting nature of everything.

How could you NOT enjoy spending time with Jason, as a listener or a guest? His energy is great and, unlike many shows out there, he engages in 'real conversations' with his guests.
