MHCA 2017 is an easy-read guide which explains the provisions of the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017 (MHCA) in a simple manner using examples and interactive features. The MHCA is a law which protects the rights of persons with mental illness who are receiving mental healthcare and treatment.
