Today you get to hear from Preston. Here is what he had to say: 

Have any of you heard of 75 Hard? Tena recently finished it impressively with amazing commitment and results on many levels. It actually took her 120 days cause she restarted with true integrity as it was only a minor mess up. It was one of the coolest things I have seen her accomplish! And that is a long list! 
Anyways we just started a new couples challenge called BT 40. It’s a spin off of 75 Hard. BT stands for better together and 40 is a biblical number. 7 (another biblical number) criteria has to be accomplished daily as a team. 
1. Water. 100oz males 80oz females per day
2. Nutrition. Diet of your choice to do together
3. Movement. 30min of movement together a day. (Can be a workout, or simple a walk)
4. Project. 30 min a day of working on a project together
5. Intimacy. Connect intimately daily (recommended not to be sex) 
6. Read. 30min a day (can be together or just sharing what you read)
7. Pray. Out loud together 1x a day
