For the great experience I have with my Skoda Kushaq, this app is a shame. Least user friendly (eg: no option to upload your insurance policy as a doc but only as an image ), lacking in basic functionality (eg. can’t pull out the messages and read messages are never visible ), one may well forget about anything more advanced or useful to complement or support the otherwise great brand experience. Hope Skoda makes this an app of acceptable quality soon.

This is the worst interface I’ve ever seen in my life. I certainly can’t see any information. Everything seems to be blank but apparently there is information hidden behind the white or dark screen of the UI of the app. I hope your iOS developer team really works on this issues and update the app so we can find Atleast some useful information in there. The dealer asked me to install it, but after looking at it I’m surprised that Skoda is developing such poor UI. Kindly look into this and update the interface in the coming updates and also let the information be shown to the user and not be hidden in the white background.

The app doesn’t seem to work, in spite of putting the right VIN and that been detected, it practically doesn’t go to registration, as the app can’t seem to send out the OTP for registration of car. What use it if doesn’t do anything apart from taking input and not going ahead.

Completely terrible execution, learn from you peers in the industry on how to create better apps for better customer experience namely low cost provider like Maruti have a better app and thereby better customer experience.
