Treepz is Africa's largest car-sharing marketplace that offers guests the convenience of renting any vehicle they want, whenever they want it, and paying reliably to trusted local hosts (car owners). No limitations and more comfort

We have designed the app in such a way as to give you the power to select the car you want within the budget that works. You can search for a car by make, body type and budget.

High safety standard

Your safety moves us more than you can imagine. These are the measures we have taken to ensure safe transactions between hosts and guests:
We have verified every car owner (host) by physically inspecting their vehicles
We require every vehicle to be insured
The location of the vehicle is tracked during the rental via GPS

We are continuously working to improve the app, this includes making changes to app features and introducing new services such as trip-based insurance protection. We welcome feedback from you and will include it in our product roadmap

APP NOT WORKING!

I downloaded this app over 2 weeks ago and I’ve not been able to use it to order a bus ride. There’s is no guide on how to order a ride. Once I input my bus stop and the bus stop of my destination, it loads forever only to tell me “ oops, no buses available”. This has been the response I’ve been getting any time any day. Besides, there’s no help function on the app to be able to call or send a mail to rectify any problems regarding this bus system. I see your buses at iyano oworo everyday I take th DANFO bus. Does this mean I have to always go to iyano oworo to board? I thought the whole essence of this system is to make transportation easy, hence the reason why there’s indications for our location so we can be picked at along our various bus stops.
Sad part is my wallet has been funded. If I will. It be able to use this app efficiently without hassles, I’d need a refund and delete the app thereafter.

NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED

The drivers are largely unprofessional and rude at times. Trips take too long as they stop everywhere.
It’s usually an issue funding my purse and I could eventually get debited twice/thrice!
The only reason I’m giving a star is for the comfort which I don’t consider undeserved considering how much I spend on trips.

MY LAST AWFUL EXPERIENCE
I had boarded a bus from Total to Abraham Adesanya pickup bus stop, I called the driver immediately I booked, to let him know I would arrive in 5minutes (less than 2km) and he told me he’ll wait. I got there in less time but not only had he left, he made sure I was charged a hundred naira for not showing up—all these without notifying me.
I got to the bus stop and couldn’t even join another bus anymore because I only had 550–exact fare—prior to the deduction and I couldn’t refund my purse. I had to join a danfo (which I could have taken initially from my bus stop—for far less) and ended up getting to the office late. This was about the second time this would happen.
Why is it called “booking” when I am not allowed even 4minutes???
It’s only self control that hasn’t allowed me delete the app since then

Please bear in mind that we have a 2-minute wait time at the bus stop which is strictly adhered to. This is why riders are advised to order rides when they are already at their pick up bus stops. This is to avoid getting charged a no-show fee of 100 Naira. Rest assured that we will keep working hard to serve you better! Unsatisfactory.

1. The app is not user friendly in the sense that sometimes when I try to put my location it’s a lot of struggle. It doesn’t show the full options, I have to rotate ,flip, exit & sign into the app again. That wastes a lot of time.

2. The availability of buses is very poor. Several times I’ve tried to book a ride & I get the no bus available notice. I mean, how do we rely on this service if it’s only once in 10 trials, you get service? That’s really bad.

3. I think the idea behind this service is the right one but people are becoming more aware of the transport company kindly provide more rides & broaden your locations.
