End of December episode with the scientist, Dr. Goodwin… excellent conversation between the host and guest; I really enjoyed it and was educated by it. The scientist made so much sense: he should run for office- I would vote for him!

Changed from 2 stars to 1. Nothing but conspiracy garbage these days. Andrew has been red-pilled, I suppose, which is shame because before he was doing important work discussing issues others were afraid to but still kept it balanced. Now it’s just sensationalist nonsense for clicks. Previous review: I agree with others who think the quality of guests and discussion has sharply and quickly declined. I used to enjoy this show. But it’s so sensational now. The fact that he hosts controversial figures is a good thing, but hosting essentially bigots who think woke culture is somehow conspiring to rid the west of western values and guests who categorize all muslims as the same (which is no more true than saying all Christians or all Jews are the same - there are variances in all religions) is lunacy and bigotry. Also, Katie Hopkins is a lunatic and a joke of a journalist who nearly ruined her own children’s lives touting hateful conspiracies for fame and ideology. How about hosting someone we can take seriously, someone with integrity, instead of some ideologue and conspiracy theorist?? How about hosting actual trans people instead of only railing against them? How about an actual dialog with both sides?? Heretics are necessary but I can’t take this show seriously now. It’s becoming another right wing pandering joke.

The host doesn’t appear to have very sharp interview skills or to fully understand the basic principles of journalism - he puts out catty gossip as ‘news’. The subjects are getting ever more conspiracy oriented which is gross - I’m no longer following.

Used to be a great podcast, full of insightful, fascinating conversations. Andrew usually stayed pretty neutral on topics but it quickly took a left turn and is now a complete right-wing podcast spewing “anti-woke” rhetoric constantly.

Andrew do you really think a”tiny minority “ of men attack women?! Also you’ve made a mess of Bindel and especially Butler. Finally your guest Tousi and by all indications you too, believes Alex Jones is a good thing. You’ve gone over to the dark side. Bye bye now.

I used to listen to this show since I heard Andrew guest on the Underworld podcast several years ago, at that time it was called “On The Edge”. He would find interesting guests and mostly focused on cults and the psychology around “groupthink” but would also throw in something interesting and out of left field every third show or so. At some point he shifted his focus to the “cult of wokism,” which is related to cult or groupthink mentality, but after he started down that path I think the sensationalism and clickbait around culture wars may have increased his views and revenue. Now he has on any crackpot rightwing self-entitled @rsehole just to have provocative podcast titles, with the occasional good guest like Richard Dawkins. But even those cases, he’s covering the same tired ground of cancel culture, things you can’t say anymore nonsense narrative that the dumbest of the dumb just can’t get enough of. Granted, I’m not a progressive “woke” liberal but the guests he have on are whinier then the worst of them. I used to consider this podcast journalism, but it has not been for some time.

I have been a fan of the show for many years. It used to be one of my favorite podcasts. Some of the most fascinating people were on as guests. Unfortunately, it has really become a one issue podcast… 90% about “gender ideology.” I still listen because I am an open-minded individual, and sometimes, there are other sorts of guests and discussions that I still find interesting. Frequently, Andrew mentions a fear of being on the wrong side of history (unfortunately, my friend, you are). I am not one to go around calling people out on being anti-trans just for expressing controversial opinions. However, I do sincerely wish this show would get back to its roots of talking to people “on the edge.” I will keep listening for now, and suggest others give it a chance, but its no longer a favorite podcast. Andrew - please- lets revisit cults!! Or convicted murderers! Or psychopaths! Anything else!!

It used to be Andrew would interview people on all ends of the spectrum- usually extreme people. And he gave a nuanced opinion. Kind of dissected these views and why people chose to hold them. But I think he sold out. He’s overwhelmingly right-leaning at the moment; and he doesn’t challenge his guest’s beliefs anymore. I think the right side of the spectrum has many things that can be constructive to our society— just as the left has made much progress in equality. But the people on this podcast are just so prejudiced. It makes me wince listening to them going uncorrected and unchallenged while Andrew basically affirms everything they say. I hate the feeling that he’s agreeing with such horribly flawed viewpoints when they self-contradict. If you must, listen to the very, very early episodes.
