Publisher Description
Seventy shades of messed up.
That was what she’d been told about herself for nearly her entire life.
From a young age, she knew what it was like to be hated. To be loathed so much by a person that they literally resented the air you breathed.
For her entire childhood, she fought to live, despite her father’s constant effort to make her life a living hell.
Her sisters and brother have no clue what kind of closet psychopath their father really was, and she’ll die before she ruins their picture-perfect view of him.
Why? Because she’s already broken. There’s no fixing this kind of damaged. But there’s no reason everyone else needs to suffer, too.
***
From the moment Hannibal Peters laid eyes on Hades Singh, he knew she was the one.
That was why he ran.
That was why, when he saw her suffering, he couldn’t stay away.

Hades’ anticipated story!
Hades’ anticipated story! One thing I truly love about LLV’s books is how she makes things appear a certain way in one book, and then in another show how assumptions can spiral things, and Hades’ story is a prime example of this. Hades has always been truly hated by her father, and it seemed that over the years her siblings never realized or acknowledged the treatment. In addition to this, they tend to treat her differently because of her “obsession” with her twin. But when Hades realizes her siblings have gone too far and they really don’t understand her, she leaves, determined to find out who is stalking her sister, with the help of her brother’s friend that she has a crush on – Hannibal. Hannibal has his own set of quirks due to his past and time in the military, and we find that he throws them all out of the window somehow when it comes to Hades. This story was absolutely amazing, had me on the edge of my seat, and really put me through a range of emotions and rooting for Hades and her HEA that she so badly deserves. I can’t wait for the next installment!
