Meditation made easy!
When I first heard about chocolate mindfulness I was so confused lol but once I tried it I fell in love. I’ve tried to create a meditation habit so many times (every new years 🙃) but it’s hard to stick with it. By meditating with a piece of chocolate, I not only look forward to meditating each day but I remember to! I’m so excited to continue my practice with the MYRetreat app. 🤎
Solid app
Clean interface that appeals to my tech-challenged self. I like the “Are you ready” prompt that’s included when you tap on one of the meditations. It’s like programmed mindfulness - very effective.
Perfectly digestible
As if I needed another reason to love chocolate. This app provides a lovely dose of daily mindfulness that keeps me coming back. It’s a welcome opportunity for me to center myself and, yes, indulge a little. Love this!
