Really a 3.5

I enjoyed the characters and the progression of the story but I had to give it a 3 due to inconsistencies. If I were rating each book individually I’d rate the first three books as a high 4/5 but since I read all five books together I had to lower my rating. The first major inconsistency I noticed was in the second book when they told EJ who Evan was. It’s a great scene but this was already addressed in the first book in a completely different manor. Then in the last two books/novellas more things came up that made me wonder if the they had anyone double checking the author (some grammar related and more inconsistencies). I like getting into a storyline and living in the characters make-believe but found myself back in reality a lot in the last two books because of this.
