Waste of time to talk to someone to get an appointment just to be told you need an app to set an appointment... when I was already talking to someone who could have booked it right away. Couldn't even set it because I was told my number was already linked to an account when I've never made an account before. Says your address is optional but you need to write something down to continue anyway. Was annoyed every step of the way. Not everything needs to be digital because it's not convenient in any way at all, just takes up storage and hassles your customers.

I bought a service and booked an appointment in the app seamlessly. However, i think the video ad when opening the app is annoying since it is extremely long and it can’t be skipped. Also, if you could add more information on the services, it would be so much better. Adding to my previous review and changing the star from 5 to 1…. The app is very slow… it loads a lot. The booking does not proceed but there is no error message showing…. Needs a LOT of improvement.

I like the app for making reservations for availing services, it is easy to book or re-schedule appointments. But I hope they remove the video introduction as it doesn’t serve any purpose other than showing their models. I hope they remove it as it last for 10-15 seconds or have an option to close the video.
