Order status, unprofessional
So the products were AMAZING, the only thing is that they don’t send you any information on your order progress, the processing takes about 2 weeks until they finally ship it out and their communication honestly is not good. I sent an email and they responded 2 days later with unprofessional email etiquette. Like I said, the products were very good, I see no problem and the crystal necklaces I bought look gorgeous. But if you sell products and choose these guys as your manufacturer and need them for a specific time, I definitely recommend buying weeks ahead of time because the process time is so long. I recommend them for the product, but the emails and the time it took to respond were just so unprofessional.

My friend introduced me to this site when I decided to branch out and go into business on my own. They have everything and more! Communication is great, they even give you your own personal concierge on WhatsApp. Products are extremely high quality for the low prices and if there’s any problems they don’t hesitate to give you a credit. Shipping is also very fast depending on which method you choose and considering it’s coming from China. The more I learn how the site operates as far as fulfillment and credits/refunds, the more I like it. Just takes a bit of a learning curve. And there’s rarely any MOQ which is crucial for a tiny business like mine.
My order
I never knew the status of my package. The only information I received was that it had been processed. The icons on the home page never updated. I was credited of items unavailable to be used on my next order, however, I’d rather my card be created. I will order again although it’s taking a long time to receive merchandise and shipping has gone up. I may find Its not profitable, at which time I will not order again.
