It’s an education podcast about mental health that is interesting to listen to! Dr. Jantz is an expert on whole person care and I enjoy learning tips I can implement in my life.

So educational, thoughtful, and really breaks everything down to understandable, bite size pieces of information - especially on how nutrition and all areas of our life affect our mental health. It’s really easy to get overwhelmed with these topics, but Dr. Jantz has a comforting way of talking about them with practical and helpful tips!

Great information on depression and anxiety

After watching a family member struggle with depression and anxiety, I started searching for information that could help me better understand their struggles. I wanted to help, but felt so helpless. I found this podcast by Dr. Jantz, and it has been really informative. I’ve been able to apply some of his tips for how to deal with situations compassionately. Slowly but surely, I think it’s making a difference. I’m so grateful for podcasts like this one. They break things down in a really simple way for me to understand the challenges, and how I can help.
