Cocoro Life is an app designed by Sharp to support after sales support.
But it is a rubbish app (befitting a 1-star rating). To make it worse, the Customer Support behind Sharp Malaysia is equally poor, making the total experience totally lousy. Read the other similar reviews too.
Cocoro Life html link is warned as dangerous by Norton.
Product codes are different from what were given in manuals or warranty cards.
If the vendor is not listed in the Pulldown list, sorry you cannot submit a Warranty Registration.
They listed an email for the CS support. Try and ask them for help? They will act obstinately and pretend that nothing is wrong with their Cocoro Life app. The agent behind Sharp Malaysia Call Center is equally “good” as their CS email support.
Haha.. Penang is listed as Pulau Penang by the great team behind Cocoro Life!? 🤣What a shame.
Useless App
Yall sold all those devices and can’t even spend a few dime to maintain an app?
I can’t even my register my appliance because this app simply doesn’t work?!
Also goodluck trying to look up your store where you bought items (amongst THOUSANDS of them throughout the whole Malaysia) because the search function doesn’t even work! I had to scroll a million mile and to this day have yet to even find my own district.
Heed my warning and may the top management of this app and empire choke.
Poor response on service request
Seem to be a user friendly app. Easy installation, easy usage and easy tracking progress.
But behind the app, no response to the service request.
What a waste.
