1) apps keep crashing, after trying to log in for the 10th time, i got in. crashed. tried a few more times and crashed every time. auto exit. had to restart apps and log in again. once i got in, i did my payment, and it redirect me to web?? now i cant get my receipt for my keeping. its nowhere in the apps too. apps crashes every time you try to open mail in your inbox too. it basically crashes in every step you took. 2) interface is not user friendly. its confusing and its hard to find the important stuff like your transactions or balance and all. it loads everywhere before it crashes too. 3) so far i never miss my loan payment dear ptptn. just make the apps smooth, better interface and no crashing out problem. better user experience = more positive mindset about paying loans = never miss a payment! its that simple!

I’ve been trying to complete the EKYC process for over a week, but I keep failing. Despite my complaints to PTPTN staff, they’ve asked me to come to the office to finish the procedure, which is absurd. What’s the point of having an app if it can’t handle the process online? All I want is to check my loan statement and open an SSPN account for my son. You’ll lose a customer if you can’t fix the app. The drop-down menu was terrible—I couldn’t even scroll to register or log in, and the page froze after clicking ‘TERUSKAN.’ I tried the app on my MacBook, and the IC detection was awful; I had to keep trying over and over. When I finally managed to scan my IC and complete the face recording, the app unexpectedly quit. Please make sure the app is compatible with the iPhone 12 Mini and MacBook Pro 2020! I will lodge an official report if this issue isn’t fixed.

This thing doesn’t even work. Archaic drop down, ridiculous detection of the so-called myekc, hell I was trying to register for the account for my kid now I just dont care anymore. Who is the developer for this useless app? You need to go back to learn basic coding and programming an app, this is so terrible I can’t even imagine anyone using this with any trust let alone investing.

In addition, really? This thing hangs so many times its ridiculous and the website update for every information do you really need to send an sms for all the details? Even the drop down menus are like so ancient database and you have to scroll to find as it can’t even locate automatically in the app. Even if you do, it is not even listed?
