Please spend some money on development you have no website ordering and you are betting on mobile platform so please make it worthy. It is that slow and buggy that I will never use it but I will go to your store once. Thanks

Pathetic service

First of all the app itself is so slow and buggy that you won’t feel like ordering from it. Secondly, they don’t have a good customer support. They will never come up with a solution. They will assure you to make it right but even after days of wait, you won’t get a solution. They have pathetic delivery service. You will not get the order on time even after having their membership with which you are supposed to get priority delivery service. All they do is just make excuses!!

Fresh food experience

Recently, I had ordered items from deerika through app. All items are usually good but many times they lack on time delivery (as promised in timeslot).
Also, I am disappointed with the quality of food item, like broccoli. I had received spoiled broccoli with a lot of green worms. I had to throw them away. Found it waste of money and time.
