Invaluable resource

I have 4 children all diagnosed with ASD at different ages and present completely different.

These podcast are a key resource to parents of Autistic children and are extremely useful for those involved with your children eg schools, careers, families circles and friends to gain understanding how to best understand and support anyone on the Autistic spectrum.

When your child is newly diagnosed and you attend training seminars you can have information overload but these podcast enable you to take your time and process the information, allowing you to listen as many times as you need to.

These podcast will be extremely empowering for older Autistic children or adults to gain understanding, acceptance of their diagnoses and strategies they can choose to implement

As a parent who has been on this journey for many years my heart resolve is to be a life long learner for my kids that means - Learning- Unlearning -Relearning.
I’ve got many things wrong and these podcast have given me an opportunity to keep returning back to basics so I can make the necessary changes for my children.

As things are continuously changing and evolving in every sphere of the world of Autism these podcast are a vitally important key resource of wisdom and practical tools to both families and professionals and are made accessible to all.

I’m inexpressibly thankful for this resource and the wealth of information.
Some parents or professionals may not be able to attend seminars in person but these podcast ensure everyone has access and that’s a wonderful gift.

Thank you

Thank you NHSCT for this podcast. As a parent with a 13 year old daughter recently diagnosed with ASD and years of anxiety issues and difficulties with emotional regulating. This has been so helpful.

Great podcast

Even if you already know some of the things they are discussing sometimes it is great to hear it again from a professional and has reminded me of a few things I have stopped doing with my son.

I will try keeping a tool box in the house I think this will work well for us. Thank you for the advice.
