Doesn’t instill confidence

The app experience feels clunky and lack design and engineering effort … I am not confident to put my money here despite having higher return … please improve your engineering (and security) team to make me confident to move my capital here …

New roboadvisor worth exploring

Needs to have Faceid login for easier account checking. Should have whatsapp chat support like other roboadvisors and also automated monthly deduction for hassle free investing.

Update: another thing I noticed is that I’m unable to zoom or download the statement in app. Hope that we can also have an easier way to know what those invested etfs is about instead of having to google each name.

App is lag and please provide Face ID to login

The app is so lag, want to open it or press anything always need to loading. Right now many apps can login by Face ID, as specially banking app, got money inside must be double protection, cannot simply get the password to login like social media app.

Anyway thank you for the 4% interest and update interest everyday, this is why I choose this better that FD.
