#16 | Why Longevity: Health, Wellness & Fitness Evolve Ventures

We all want to live a long, happy, fulfilling life; it's a beautiful thought, but how many of us truly know what is required in order to have that?

When we think of health, most of us only think of our physical body, and even more specifically, not having any significant medical illnesses. We hear "fitness" and we think about those people who can run forever or liftsuper heavy weight; but how many of us think about mental fitness, or emotional fitness, and how they all contribute to overall wellness?

In this episode, the ladies of The WhyPower Podcast really dive into how longevity is REALLY achieved, through the combination of the mind, the body, and the spirit, and elaborate even further on the idea that the mind is a major contributing factor into overall health, wellness and fitness. These ladies shed some personal insight into their own daily battles, and the simple tools they use in order to keep their longevity rolling.
