She has continuously impulsed the Wedding Industry in the Riviera Maya, her home, and then the rest of Mexico, becoming a solid and very cared member. She works as a speaker, creating workshops, Consulting and as a Wedding Producer. She was Vice-President of the only Mexican wedding association in México.


    She created a National Destination Wedding Certification and she has been certifying Mexican ́s Top Wedding Destinations since then. She has won several national and international destination wedding awards and is writing articles related to the wedding industry all over the world.



    She has a charity association called Signature Love Weddings, trough this association she celebrates marriages for unfortunate lovers that have not had it easy in life, giving them a new hope having a altruist wedding.



    Speaking her voice is essential to share her message about empowering other entrepreneurs both in and out of her industry. She has been succeeding in the wedding business since 2004.

    Currently she is a proud member of IADWP, and the Head Chapter of Peru. She feels strongly and is very much involved in promoting her country around the world.

    Jossy has been recognized by her industry and has been the recipient of the Belief Awards twice in the categories "Cultural weddings" and "details". In 2023, she was the recipient of the Ed Cotton Award for Destination Wedding Excellence. She has been featured in the "Secrets Behind the Scenes" book, which was the first wedding book of its kind in the world. She was able to share not only the amazing weddings and her process, but a part of her country's wedding traditions and essence.
