#161 | Motivation Monday: The Problem Isn't Always What You Think it Is..‪.‬ Evolve Ventures

    • Self-Improvement

When you have a problem, it helps to look at it from different perspectives. Break it down into smaller pieces and examine each piece. In this episode, we talk about effective problem-solving. We discuss how to step outside your narrative and look at the situation from another's point of view. Ask yourself, "What if I ask my friend/a professional/this person about this? What will they say?" Then, ask yourself why they would say that. It helps to distance yourself from your problem and see it through someone else's eyes. You will see it in a different light and another angle and discover things you weren't seeing through your own biases. This allows you to form a different narrative about your problem, better understand it, and discover a solution.
