Emanuel Macedo de Medeiros is the CEO of SIGA – Sport Integrity Global Alliance. He has over 30 years' of experience from the Sports Management industry and he has, in addition to his current role, also co-founded the Association of European Professional Football Leagues (EPFL), he has been Secretary General at the Portuguese Football League, been an ambassador for Sports Ethics by the Portuguese Government, and much more.
