Doesn't make things easier
This app has lots of bugs. My account often get logged out on its own. And when I re log in, I cant find my flights under the "booking" section. Teied relogging in for a few times, my booking was still missing. Had to try again the next day(and finally appear). This app also doesn't allow me to do online check ins. Which is ridiculous if you ask me because the function is there but cannot be used.
Bad App and Poor Live Chat Response
The seat and overall flight itself is okay but the app is super bad. Need to login again and again since it keeps logging out by itself. I can see some improvements compared to the earlier version but still very bad.
It is so sensitive regarding the members ID reward. Everything need to be the same exact one which I understand, and despite updating everything invalid error still appear. I had already update the naming to be the same but it comes out with invalid ID.
I had went through 2 times of live chat and not exactly satisfied. For me the staff were being sarcastic in a way they responded. Not sure if I’m the only one but 2 times live chat with different agents, that’s how I felt. Everything is my fault in the end and I guess no use to comment on your app. All is customer’s faults right? When the app is not reflecting your Member ID is Customer’s fault. Even when the app keeps crashing is Customer’s fault. 🙃
Check in error
Everything is user friendly except it’s weird when you login your email you couldn’t manually check in your flight booking. You have to logout and access as a guest to do that which is a hassle. Try to look at Msia Airlines interface where you can manually add your flight booking for easy check in while you’re still logged in. Do make improvement on this and I may raise my rating for you
