Eric is a registered dietitian who has completed his Master's degree and is currently pursuing a PhD.

In our conversation, he breaks down some key nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. Specifically, we dive into the importance of consuming whole foods, antioxidants and understanding the “why” behind our eating choices.
