Description
The Flexicare mobile app has been designed to assist active members with staying abreast with all the benefits available to them by being part of the Flexicare family.
Some of the features included in the app are :
* Digital Membership Card – For when you make a visit to your local GP and your card is out of reach.
* Contact details – the contact details of each of the various benefits offered by Flexicare.
* Benefit Details – Offers an outline of all benefits to your disposal included in your specific Flexicare membership.
* Claims History : History and details of all visits made to your GP
* Members can register within the app to access their benefits.

Worst app ever
I have a medical with discovery yet I can’t sign in on the flexicare app I tried registering for the last past two months but I was unsuccessful 🙄 now I don’t have an app to navigate 🗺️ me very disappointed

Hi DanielShabalala, the Kaelo Flexicare app is for Kaelo Flexicare policyholders managed by Kaelo Prime Cure. Flexicare powered by Discovery is a separate product which is managed by Discovery. The Kaelo Flexicare app is not available to Discovery policyholders.
App does not work
Ever since the app was developed I have never been able to login. I requested passwords from the developers and they also don’t work. All I get is error messages.

Unable to register
I cannot even make it past the registration page. Keep getting an error message.
