Horrible quality
Being a monopoly sports network and cannot even have a proper application, absolutely horrible optimization and overall quality.
Technical Issue with Program
I am currently facing with my program subscription. For the past two days, the program has not been functioning properly and is prompting me to renew my subscription. However, I would like to inform you that my subscription is valid.
I sent an email four days ago and have not received a response. The lack of communication and poor customer service experience has left me disappointed and unable to recommend your services.
Ver important message to app developers
Very very important thing Tod needs to fix is the “time out message” it is very very annoying and ruins the user experience. Many times while I’m watching, the message comes out and makes me click on the ok button. I would suggest you enforce a timer for more than 2 seconds or a smaller circle which doesn’t gets in the way of tv screen or blacks out the screen.
