Lalamove Driver - Drive & Earn 4+

It’s been a real tough road through out this few years , got retrenched from the shipping line ( offshores ) and struggling to make ends meet . And again thanks to y’all, Lalamove I’ve managed to cover many areas of my life which needed some financial aid. It’s not that everything has been settled but atleast some air and a place to stay is good enough for a 41 year old man like myself . We’ve had some ups and downs, y’all Lalamove and myself . But still giving me jobs is all I need actually. I can now feed my family and myself . Thank you guys. Keep up the good work guys . Cheers buddies.

1. Payment for driver is too little. Duit habis dekat minyak sahaja. LalaMove eat comission in a very big amount when all you do is provide a platform. The one who go pickup, spend on fuel, use own car is driver. Why makan comission terlalu banyak? Sangat tak berbaloi. Sakit hati je buat Lalamove ni. Kalau sesat jalan ke apa, lagi lah haru.

2. Apps work in a very inefficient way. Why the need to slide and rebut orders with other drivers? Why tak buat macan Grab auto accept with condition of pickup distance not so far away?

3. Motif tunjuk total customer bayar instead of nett pay for drivers after deduct commission? To fool driver at first so they quickly slide without hesitation when they see big amount of pay like RM47? We think we will get nearly RM50 but then after decuct dapat RM37 je. LOL so deceitful.

4. Customer sometimes macam sial jugak bayar tak include door to door tapi bila dah arrive, diaorang insist hantar sampai depan pintu. They should be banned and need to be charged extra. But Lalamove takda apa apa policy yang protect driver pun bila benda ni jadi. Dah satu hal nak bergaduh dengan customer suruh turun sendiri pickup barang.

5. Buat la dalam sistem tu bila tekan maps je auto pegi dekat waze. Pakai Google Maps banyak kali sesat. Dengan selalu re-route and bagi direction tak jelasnya. Buat Lalamove tak pernah tak maki maki dalam sehari tu.

On behalf of the Malaysian Lalamove rider community, please consider the following improvements to help us serve customers more effectively:

1.Easier access to human support. It’s currently difficult to reach a live agent, response times are slow and the window for resolving issues is too short. Please add a dedicated rider‑support hotline in the app so we can quickly discuss and resolve any problems with orders or customers.

2.Eliminate scam orders. Fraudulent requests—like “please pay RM180 first and I’ll reimburse you later”—waste our time and risk our safety. Stronger screening or removal of these orders would protect riders and preserve Lalamove’s reputation.

3.Fair treatment for cancellations. Riders sometimes have no choice but to cancel when customers break delivery rules. Please don’t suspend or penalize us too readily for these situations—show some mercy and allow us to explain when a cancellation was unavoidable.

4.Raise the minimum delivery fee. At RM7, many of us struggle to cover fuel and wear‑and‑tear costs. A higher base fare will motivate riders to accept more orders, work longer hours and maintain consistently high service quality.

Lalamove already has a loyal customer base in Malaysia—if you empower your riders with better support, fair policies and reasonable pay, everyone wins.
