แอพซับซ้อน
ยืนยันตัวตอนเข้าแอพแล้วทั้งหน้าทั้งบัตรประชาชน ยังจะให้ไปที่ตู้บริการอีก จะเข้าหน้าตรวจเครดิตบูโรยุ่งยากจริง ยืนยันตัวรอบเดียวก็พอแล้วทำซ้ำซ้อนให้ลำบากทำไม

ขอบคุณที่สนใจใช้บริการเราครับ และต้องขออภัยในความไม่สะดวก เพื่อเป็นการรักษาความปลอดภัยในการเข้าถึงบริการที่มีข้อมูลอ่อนไหว (sensitvie data) เช่น ข้อมูลเครดิตบูโร ทางเราต้องขอความกรุณาท่านไปยืนยันตัวบุคคลเพิ่มเติม โดย ณ ขณะนี้ ท่านสามารถไปยืนยันตัวตนที่ตู้ DGA Smart Kiosk 119 ตู้ทั่วประเทศตามพิกัดบนหน้าเว็บไซต์นี้ครับ https://www.dga.or.th/map/
ยืนยันแล้วไม่เห็นมีอะไร
ไปยืนยันตัวที่ 7-11 ก็ไม่เห็นมี sms ส่งมา งง
ไม่ยอมเด้งเข้าแอพ
หลังจากยืนยันผ่านTHAI ID มันเด้งไป ซาฟารี จากนั้น มีให้กด เปิดแอพ มันเด้งไปหน้า app store กด เปิด มันก็เด้งไปที่แอพ แล้วกดยอมรับ loop ไปเรื่อยๆ
