The Porn Reboot Podcast

One of if not THE best podcasts on the subject matter. One of the things I like about it is that JayKay not only provides a diagnosis but also actionable solutions. Most podcasts just talk about the problems of this behaviour and its impact on society and have some gimmicky line in the end and offer no real solution other than to click the link and buy their program. JayKay on the other hand provides the listener with techniques or suggestions as a bit of a sample about what his program is like and then of course provides the link or whatever to get in touch with his strategists. Granted, his no nonsense approach may put off most men but that simply helps to filter out the type of men who will put into action the tips and advice he has to offer. FYI despite what one of the reviews says about “fake” attendees, that is absolutely false I’ve attended his live Q&As there are definitely real people there he just keeps prerecorded sessions for people who were unable to attend (I’m in his program and no I haven't been paid off lol). All in all this podcast is a great listen while traveling or working out the only qualm I have is that when JayKay can go off on tangents addressing criticisms or concerns it seems like he takes them too personally. Other than that I would highly recommend his podcast as an alternative to some of the garbage the garbage that’s out there.

Really enjoy listening to your show at work

The info provided in the podcast is very basic and he keeps trying to get us to buy his courses or hire him as our recovery coach. He also has "live" webinars, but they're not even live. They're pre-recorded and filled with fake attendees. He seems like he knows what he's talking about, but he's so manipulative and fake, it's difficult to trust him.
